Case Work and Case Management

Caseworkers play a critical role within the social, welfare and community sectors providing important services to those in need. They work closely with clients and their families to identify needs and help them access services such as counselling, financial assistance, housing or to help them navigate through complex insurance claims.

Evaluate a client’s individual circumstances and offer appropriate tailored services that best suit their needs.

Stay informed and track client’s advancements through regular scheduled meetings (over the phone, Teams/Zoom or face to face)

Foster a secure environment for vulnerable individuals.



Arrange individuals to meet with legal advisors, therapists, medical professionals and other essential appointments

Introduce clients to additional agencies and new support networks to assist in their needs
